Shipping

ROWE NETWORKS offers different shipping options from UPS. These services are provided by an outside vendor who is responsible for the timely delivery of your product after it has left our distribution center. If you receive a damaged package, please first report it to the delivery agent. Please take notes and contact us regarding the situation, we will work diligently to pursue satisfaction to you, our customer, due to any shipping company damaged products, however ROWE NETWORKS cannot guarantee the quality of any services rendered by an outside vendor and cannot be held liable for damaged merchandise or missed delivery appointments.

ROWE NETWORKS utilizes an online UPS shipping estimator to provide shipping estimates at the time of your purchase. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the estimated shipping charges and reserve the right to collect additional shipping charges before shipping your order. If you are unwilling to pay and we cannot collect the additional shipping charges required your order will be cancelled.
 

Returns

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!

You must contact sales/customer service and provide the necessary information in order to process a return merchandise authorization. ROWE NETWORKS reserves the right to deny returned goods after 30 (thirty) days from purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any returned merchandise without a valid RMA number. In the event an item is accepted either by accident or executive decision, you will still need to contact sales/customer support and obtain an RMA number. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges on any returned goods including, but not limited to charges accrued shipping the item to ROWE NETWORKS or their designated return center, charges necessary to return the item to your location, and any an all other shipping charges accrued in the shipping and returns process. All items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Rowe Networks. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Rowe Networks's Return Procedure will be breached and Rowe Networks may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). Rowe Networks will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Rowe Networks will assess a 15% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns for refund

Warranty

ROWE NETWORKS IS A VALUE ADDED RESELLER AND DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY ROWE NETWORKS ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY ROWE NETWORKS. THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT). ROWE NETWORKS ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. ROWE NETWORKS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. ROWE NETWORKS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
